WATER STREET Glassworks

Water Street Glassworks is a non-profit school and public access glass studio, located in Benton Harbor, Michigan. We filmed the students enrolled in the Fired Up after-school program. We also interviewed Lynne Clayton, the Executive Director and Eli Zilke, the Glass blowing instructor / Studio Manager to learn all about the details involved in running the program. We created 3 unique videos that tell the story about this fantastic program, it’s been very inspiring to see the work being created.

Lynne Clayton, Executive Director of Water Street Glassworks tells us the story of “Fired Up!”

Eli Zilke was enrolled in the Fired Up! program as a child. Inspired by that experience he went on to become the Glassblowing Instructor and Studio Manager of Water Street Glassworks.
